Thanks to our long experience in the design and construction of special gearboxes, we can offer a precise, reliable and fast revamping service, even on complex components or those no longer on the market.

From diagnosis to testing: every stage under control

Technical analysis and proposal:

We carry out a detailed analysis of the gearbox, assess the condition of the components through visual and dimensional checks, and propose a tailor-made solution including schedule, costs and execution details.

Revamping:

Worn components are overhauled or replaced, while any tolerances outside the specifications are corrected to restore the gearbox to optimal operating conditions.

Final testing and inspection:

Each reconditioned unit is tested on a test bench and accompanied by technical reports.

Delivery and traceability:

We deliver the reconditioned gearbox, complete with technical documentation relating to the restoration work carried out.

Thanks to our experience and in-house technical department, we are able to work on gearboxes and multipliers of any brand and configuration, even without the original design drawings. We reconstruct the geometries and recondition the components based on the data collected.
